Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Welcoming, advising and assisting clients (in person, by phone or by email)
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Follow up on requests, complaints and customer files
  • Building customer loyalty and contributing to customer satisfaction
  • Update the customer database
  • Achieving the set qualitative and quantitative objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile :

  • Bac+2 / Bac+3 (business, management, marketing, customer relations or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in customer relations preferred (beginners accepted depending on profile)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A strong sense of service, dynamism, and team spirit.
  • My mastery of office tools
  • Good command of French (Arabic and/or English is an asset)
