Job description
Are you passionate about customer relations and looking to work in a dynamic and people-focused company? Foundever is recruiting Customer Service Representatives for its Casanearshore location.

Your mission: to provide comprehensive and high-quality support to customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Receiving and managing incoming customer calls,
- Listening to and diagnosing needs, and providing accurate and tailored solutions,
- Proposing additional sales in response to inquiries,
- Applying established processes and mastering internal tools,
- Communicating any information useful for improving service quality,
- Achieving and exceeding established qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Desired Profile
We are looking for motivated and attentive candidates with:

- A Baccalaureate level of education or higher,
- An excellent level of French, both spoken and written,
- A strong sense of customer service and a commercial flair,
- Good computer skills,
- Diligence, punctuality and a sense of commitment.
