Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting line:
• Reporting to the Beverages division Main Shop Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting retail outlet customers with the purchase of products.
• Execute sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Processing cash, debit and credit transactions.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
Your profile:
• Diploma in sales and marketing or being a graduate of a business-related field is desirable.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with Arabic skills an added advantage.
Years of experience and other skills:
• A minimum of two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverages industry.
• Experience in retail software applications.
• Beverage portfolio knowledge.
• Background in sales, marketing or operations.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues with a professional and calm demeanour.
The place of work is in Bahrain.
