Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer s inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Communicate with customers (B2B and B2C).

Process customer requests, such as returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Manage delivery to customers through internal and third-party channels.

Prepare and send statements of account to customers and follow up on payment schedules and due dates.

Handle invoicing accurately and efficiently.

Manage a CRM software for product orders and promotions.

Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Assist with maintaining and updating customer service knowledge bases and FAQs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.

Basic knowledge of accounting.

Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
