Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong communication with clients in English and Arabic.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Support daily operational coordination when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Strong bilingual communication (English & Arabic) Fluent in English
Proven experience in customer service
Experience in medical or hospital sector is preferred
Valid driving license (company car will be provided)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
