Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Customer Service Trainees (Bilingual EN/AR - Preferably Female)

We are looking for energetic, fluent Arabic and English speakers to join our customer service team!

This is a unique training-to-hire opportunity where outstanding performers might be offered a full-time position in the future.

The Role: Customer Service / Call Center Trainee

  • Daily Stipend: 150 AED

  • Training Period: 2 weeks to 1 month

  • Hours: Monday – Friday | 10 AM – 5 PM

  • Location: Dubai (mostly remote - in person when required)

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need:

  • Fluency in both Arabic & English (Mandatory).

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Availability to start immediately.
