Roles & Responsibilities

Department Definition:

The department is responsible for managing and receiving clients from parents and students, ensuring the provision of all services related to students and their parents, and dealing with inquiries and suggestions received with professionalism, excellence and quality in dealing and responding, in addition to organizing parents councils.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers and answering their inquiries.
  • Ensuring the availability of all information and printed materials related to the services.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the electronic system for managing customer access ("Q-System").
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Organizing customer access to service counters.

Skills
