Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.

  • Handle inquiries, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Communicate fluently in English and Arabic to assist customers across different regions.

  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or support tools.

  • Identify recurring issues, escalate as needed, and contribute to service improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Based in Egypt and able to work remotely.

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in customer support, service, or call center roles.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Reliable laptop and uninterrupted internet connection are mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot) is a plus.
