Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.

Handle inquiries, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.

Communicate fluently in English and Arabic to assist customers across different regions.

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records in CRM or support tools.

Identify recurring issues, escalate as needed, and contribute to service improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Based in Egypt and able to work remotely.

Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in customer support, service, or call center roles.

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable laptop and uninterrupted internet connection are mandatory.

Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot) is a plus.
