Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients and explain our services clearly
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful applications
  • Respond to customer questions via phone and WhatsApp
  • Provide accurate information about visa, scholarship, and job programs
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Support clients throughout their application process

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Good English (French is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus

Preferably located near the office (Zalqa)
