Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for reviewing and controlling warehousing and logistics expenses.

2. Review and formulate logistics plans based on sales demand to meet the service needs of various departments.

3. Manage and review the company's equipment and materials bonded, write-off, and write-off processing.

4. Manage the logistics company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to target customers, continuously improving customer service.

5. Review and oversee related-party transaction reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP, OA, and manual operation systems.

6. Control transportation and warehousing costs to meet company goals. 7. Assist subordinates in coordinating communications with relevant departments at headquarters and bases, ensuring timely and effective communication and coordination.

8. Develop personnel, strengthen the talent pipeline, and supervise subordinates in fulfilling their responsibilities and achieving work targets.

Minor Responsibilities

1. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports.

2. Actively conduct team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.

3. Strengthen system development and optimize management processes.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

5. Be proficient in identifying problems and providing timely and rationalized suggestions.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above

2. Familiarity with production processes and at least five years of relevant work experience

3. Proficiency in Office software
