Formulate information, analyse data and create reports related to maintenance productivity, spare parts and material availability, and direct labour-hour utilisation using CMMS.
Analyse both maintenance and supply related data to identify deficiencies and offers solutions to enhance efficiency and increase production throughput.
Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
Develop and submit accurate maintenance and production related reports.
Plan both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) based upon the Annual Workload Forecast, Annual Service Plan (ASP), available manpower, skills required, estimated timeframes to execute maintenance and the availability of special tooling, diagnostic test equipment, materials and/or spare parts.
Establish and maintain a reporting system that will assist in identifying negative trends and streamline workshop operations.
Monitor vehicle servicing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the maintenance repair cycle.
Submit comprehensive maintenance and repair reports as required.
Update CMMS as it applies to equipment asset management, supply chain management, work management and maintenance management.
Use Microsoft Project as it applies to project management, scheduled analysis and resource optimisation.
Generate maintenance, production, spare parts and material availability, and direct labour man-hour utilisation reports as instructed.
Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
Support other members of the Production Control Department in fulfilling their roles.

Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Senior Manager, Production Control.
