Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Business Insights) to transform business data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. The role focuses on analysing trends, improving processes, and supporting key functions including operations, sales, procurement, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from Excel and Microsoft D365 ERP
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Support management with data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability

Key Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience in Data or Business Analytics
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365
