Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting (e.g., motherboards, servers, and related components)

• Execute rack and stack deployments, including equipment mounting and setup

• Handle structured cabling and patching

• Support data center operations, including upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution

• Ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and asset tracking

• Follow change management processes and standard operating procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and issue resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years hands on in large scale Data center environment

  • Strong knowledge of: o Server hardware (motherboards, storage, networking components)

  • Rack & stack procedures o Cabling (patching, routing, and cable management)

  • Familiarity with data center standards, environments, and operational protocols

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently

  • Experience working in high-security or enterprise data centers

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts

  • Willingness to work in shift-based and on-call support environments.
