Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist the logistics team with daily operations and coordination

  2. Accurately enter and update vehicle stock data into the system

  3. Monitor and maintain car inventory records

  4. Organize and manage vehicle-related documents

  5. Prepare and process export documentation

  6. Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date

  7. Coordinate with internal departments to support workflow efficiency

  8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Previous experience in data entry or logistics support is preferred

  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  4. Basic understanding of logistics and export documentation is an advantage

  5. Good communication and organizational skills

  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
