Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily attendance records of employees and workers.
  • Ensure all attendance data is accurately entered into the attendance system (e.g., Truein or other platforms).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries and reports for management review.
  • Maintain and update safety-related documents (e.g., training records, incident reports, permits, and compliance logs).
  • Support the safety and HR teams with document filing, scanning, and digital archiving.
  • Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for attendance, safety statistics, and manpower data.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and HR team members to verify data accuracy.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all employee records and company data.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, HR support, or document control (preferably in a construction or industrial environment).
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
    Familiarity with attendance systems and document management tools.
    Good typing speed and attention to detail.
