Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking Data entry Operators (Temporary for 3 months) for our Catering & Baker production unit


Job Purpose:


To accurately input, update, and maintain company data across various digital systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth business operations. The Data Entry Operator plays a critical role in record-keeping, reporting, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Data Entry & Accuracy


  • Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, ERP systems, or databases from source

    documents.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data entries.

  • Perform data validation and correct any detected errors or inconsistencies.


2. Documentation & Record Management


  • Digitize paper records and ensure proper organization and indexing of files.

  • Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

  • Scan, photocopy, and archive documents as needed.


3. Reporting & Updates


  • Generate periodic reports and summaries as per departmental requirements.

  • Support other team members with data extraction or preparation for meetings, audits, or reconciliations.

  • Notify supervisors of discrepancies, missing data, or delays in data flow.



4. Coordination & Communication


  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Finance) to gather, verify, and update

    information.

  • Assist in communicating updates or status of tasks to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support administrative functions and assist in special projects as required.


5. System Knowledge & Compliance


  • Operate office software, ERP systems, and data entry tools effectively.

  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards.

  • Follow company SOPs and workflow processes diligently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in IT, Office Administration, or related field is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems or ERP software.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
