Roles & Responsibilities
Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a detail-focused and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and organization while supporting day-to-day administrative and data management tasks in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical records.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update data.
- Perform routine data checks and quality assurance tasks.
- Assist with document management and general administrative duties.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
