The Job Description

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 7 years of experience in data governance, preferably within regulated environments.
3. Proven experience working with or implementing NDMO frameworks, controls, and priorities (P1 & P2).
4. Strong knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Alation).
5. Familiarity with SDAIA and national data & AI strategies is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
7. Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.

Preferred Certifications:

• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional).
• DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model).
• DAMA membership or training.
• NDMO or SDAIA-specific certifications or training (if available).
