Position Overview
Novobit Group GmbH is hiring a Data Scientist for its Dubai office to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions. The role involves developing and integrating machine learning models into production systems, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions for global clients.

Core Duties

* Clean, normalize, and prepare data for AI model training while engineering relevant features.
* Integrate machine learning models into IT systems and business processes for operational use.
* Enhance algorithms and models to optimize accuracy, runtime, and memory usage.
* Monitor deployed AI models, retraining and adapting them to new data and requirements.
* Document development processes, model architectures, algorithms, and parameters in detail.
* Collaborate with AI developers, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure effective AI deployment.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
* Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Ideal Profile

* Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven experience as a Data Scientist with strong focus on AI and machine learning.
* Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, correlations, and distributions.
* Hands-on experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning pipelines.
* Proficiency with Big Data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure for ML model deployment is an advantage.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
