Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and apply statistical methods to address business challenges.
  • Develop, test, and optimize predictive and prescriptive models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data wrangling, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Pythonand SQL (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of SAS(optional, but good to have).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries preferred.
  • Experience in the bankingindustry is optional but considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
