Data Scientist The Emirates Group

In this role, you will:

• Deliver analytics projects using appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques to generate key insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  
• Develop core components of data science projects including data analysis, visualization, tool and model development, and documentation
  
• Analyse business metrics and KPIs to identify trends, detect issues, and highlight opportunities for optimization.
  
• Address day-to-day technical challenges to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  
• Derive business insights from large, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy these insights for commercial value.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating computer science and mathematical approaches to embed actionable insights into business processes at key impact points.
  
• Work in agile iterations, leveraging suitable algorithms and techniques to tackle complex analytical problems and enhance analytics tools for A/B testing, segmentation, funnel analysis, and other analytical needs.
  
• Support sprint and project planning by bridging research and analytics, delivering data-driven solutions across required business areas.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Master's degree and 5+ years experience in Data Science ecosystem, Advanced AI & Machine Learning
  
• Hands-on experience in the Data Science ecosystem.
  
• Proficient in big data technologies such as Spark and the Hadoop ecosystem.
  
• Experienced with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and Keras.
  
• Strong programming skills in SQL, R, and Python.
  
• Practical experience with DevOps frameworks such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
  
• Skilled in building reusable libraries and packages for wider use.
  
• Proven experience in developing Data Science solutions for production environments.
  
• Experienced in delivering advanced analytical projects within large, complex, and multifunctional organizations.
  
• Capable of reviewing and challenging the quality, accuracy, and business value of analytical outputs.
