Data Scientist

Summary:
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for extracting, managing, and analyzing complex data sets using advanced SQL skills, developing and maintaining MIS reports, conducting advanced data analysis, supporting risk analysis and mitigation strategies, translating data insights into strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions.

Responsibilities:
Extract, manage, and analyze complex data sets using advanced SQL skills
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support key business functions and stakeholders
Conduct advanced data analysis, including customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling
Support risk analysis and mitigation strategies within the credit card domain
Translate data insights into strategic recommendations that impact business growth and efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking roles
Proven experience and expert-level proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Strong background in MIS reporting, with the ability to translate data into business insights
Solid knowledge of the credit card industry, including customer behavior, risk metrics, and financial modeling
Experience handling large and complex datasets with an ability to derive clear, actionable insights
Highly analytical with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a business-oriented approach to data challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
