Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking experts with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help our clients solve their most pressing business challenges through data-driven innovation.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, AI, and cloud engineering, leveraging the Azure ecosystem including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI to build and deploy scalable, production-ready AI and ML solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in designing predictive models, experimenting with generative AI, and developing intelligent systems that enhance decision-making, automate processes, and unlock business value.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities
Identify, collect, and integrate valuable data sources across structured and unstructured environments. 
Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Azure AI Services. 
Develop, train, and deploy models for predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI use cases. 
Build and automate MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and model monitoring within Azure. 
Perform feature engineering, data wrangling, and model evaluation at scale using Spark and Databricks/Snowflake. 
Leverage Azure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI to integrate pre-trained AI models into enterprise applications. 
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex analytical insights into business strategies and operational solutions. 
Present data-driven insights through impactful visualizations and storytelling using Power BI and Python visualization libraries. 
Ensure compliance with AI ethics, governance, and responsible-AI principles. 
Key Skills Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Applied Machine Learning roles. 
Proven experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services. 
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark). 
Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, NLP, CNNs, RNNs, transformers). 
Practical experience in LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI. 
Expertise in SQL and data querying across relational and cloud data sources. 
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for model versioning, deployment, and governance. 
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Plotly, Matplotlib) and storytelling for business impact. 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
