Core Duties
- Solve business problems by designing and deploying machine learning and AI models.
- Implement production-ready generative AI systems to support data enrichment and automation.
- Own the full data value chain including logging, modeling, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Deliver insights and recommendations through analysis, automated reporting, and KPI design.
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate testing).
- Develop data models to measure and interpret performance drivers.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing.
- Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and data practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
- Hands-on expertise with ML/AI frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- Strong SQL and Python or R for reproducible analysis.
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, and smart automation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data modeling, pipeline development, and tools such as Airflow, BigQuery, and Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, experiment design, and product data analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset with ownership and accountability.
