Position Overview:
Manage, maintain and monitor databases performance. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency. Design, implement, and optimize database systems. Handle backups /recovery and manage user access and permissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain database standards and policies
Ensure that thedatabaseserverprovidesongoingand continuous service to variousapplications
Implement security measures and frameworks while ensuring compliance
Ensure data recoverability, data integrity, security, maximum availability, andproper performance while managing efficient storagefacilities
Collaborate with the Development Unit for development andtesting
Collaborate with the Application Support section for performance analysis andtuning
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Engineering university degree orequivalent
3 years experience of Oracle database administration with Oracle database certification
Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English. French is aplus
Good team player
