Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support CDP and Head Chef in pastry operations.
- Prepare pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Supervise commis staff in the pastry section.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- 2 3 years of pastry experience in hotels or bakeries.
- Good English communication skills.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
