Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and check for unpaid invoices.
  • Follow up with clients (individuals, companies, agencies) regarding invoice payments.
  • Negotiate the terms and payment deadlines.
  • Collaborating with accounting to regularize outstanding payments.
  • Prepare recovery monitoring reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in improving debt recovery procedures.

  • Experience in recovery or financial management, ideally in h tellery.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organization, rigor and autonomy.
  • Proficiency in office tools and hotel management software (an asset).
