Roles & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee demand planning, and inventory management
Optimise logistics processes, ensure efficient demand forecasting and manage a team to meet business objectives
Lead, manage and develop a team of 3, providing clear guidance, regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities
Develop and implement strategies for optimal material supply
Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and local laws (e.g., free zone requirements)

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential

Logistics / Demand / Supply Chain management within the Formwork sector
Experience working in the UAE / Middle East is essential
Degree level education highly desirable
Sound knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
