Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment plans.
Analyze sales performance and identify forecasting risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure demand alignment.
Generate periodic forecasting and inventory reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner within the FMCG industry.
FMCG experience is a must.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
