Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare the doughs: bread, baguettes, specialty breads, brioches, pastries, respecting the previously prepared technical specifications.
- Follow the recipes and standards of the hotel.
- Organizes his work rigorously in order to offer the client a quality service within the maximum timeframes recommended by the brand
- Ensures the proper application of hygiene and safety standards
- Ensures the proper maintenance of the equipment and premises made available to him/her
- Know the results on raw materials management
- Proposes and initiates new recipes
- Set a good example by strictly adhering to Sofitel values, brand codes, and dress and presentation guidelines.
