Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes following standard recipes

Ensure authenticity in taste, texture, and presentation of Indian cuisine

Perform mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared and available

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times

Follow HACCP and food safety standards strictly

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items

Minimize food wastage and control portioning

Support in receiving and checking kitchen supplies and deliveries

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment (if applicable)
