Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission when joining the deployment team at Einride will be to own the complete delivery of Einride's electric freight products and services to our customers.
You will
- Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams to a go-live (incl. risk management, budgeting, internal and external management reporting, etc)
- Manage implementation of Einride's software platform and collaborate with product to optimize and digitize road transport and its operational solutions
- Assess, define and deliver improvement and scaling initiatives to increase productivity, quality and general operational excellence across teams
Desired Candidate Profile
We expect you to:
- Several years experience within relevant business area/profile
- Proven track record managing multi stakeholder projects and delivering individual business/operational improvement/operational excellence initiatives
- Hands on experience in road transport/logistics as well as experience in software implementation, process improvement is a plus
- Verbal and written fluency in English and German
- Analytical skillset and good at solving complex problems / solution oriented
