Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and supply chain related activities within projects.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders and management.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and documentation.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Strong experience in project management, planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain processes.
Knowledge of PMO frameworks and project governance practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.
Experience working with enterprise clients in the UAE or GCC region.
Background in technology consulting, AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
