Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support to the General Management:

  • Participate in the development of the overall strategy of the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze the implementation of strategic decisions.
  • Set annual performance objectives (financial, operational, HR, etc.).
  • develop and monitor the local action plan.
  • develop the budget with the financial department.
  • Monitor financial indicators (turnover, margins, costs, results).
  • Optimize resources to achieve set objectives.
  • Produce regular activity reports to senior management.
  • Alert in case of major risks or non-conformities.
  • Propose strategic or operational adjustments

Coordination and management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving several services or departments.
  • Lead steering meetings and ensure coordination between operational departments.
  • Ensure the consistency of actions taken with strategic objectives.

Management:

  • Supervise one or more departments or services.
  • Supervise, motivate and support management teams.
  • Participate in recruitment, training and evaluation of staff.

Institutional relations and communication:

  • Represent the General Management in certain internal or external bodies.
  • Maintain relationships with institutional partners, supervisory authorities or funders.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication on strategic directions.

Monitoring and prospecting:

  • Ensure strategic sectoral and competitive monitoring.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities for the organization.
  • Propose areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Higher education Bac +5 minimum (business school, MBA or equivalent)
  • Confirmed experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Qualit s manag riales av r es.
  • My understanding of management tools (budget, reporting, dashboards)
  • Good knowledge of management and project management
  • Capacity for strategic analysis and synthesis
  • Excellent writing and oral skills
