General Manager Ultracare LLC

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager (GM) with proven leadership experience in the FMCG sector. The GM will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, manage budgets and resources, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and commercial acumen to drive performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of business plans, including sales, marketing, and operations strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

• Sales & Marketing:
• Drive revenue and market share growth through effective sales and distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Build strong relationships with key retail, wholesale, and distribution partners.

• Operations Management:
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure smooth and cost-effective production and delivery of goods.
• Implement systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency.

• Financial Oversight:
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure profitability through cost control, pricing strategies, and margin management.

• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations).
• Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork and accountability.

• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Mitigate risks through sound business practices and contingency planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, leading teams, and delivering business results.
• Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and channel strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Must have UAE experience.
