Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize all mining operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Manage and control the mining budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Must have deep knowledge of Quarry development
Can plan and execute the mines
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
Demonstrates a minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the mining industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Exhibits extensive experience in various mining methods, including open-pit and underground mining.
