Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all calcination processes, ensuring optimal lime quality and production efficiency, while adhering to strict environmental standards.
  • Manage and maintain all plant equipment, including kilns, crushers, and material handling systems, to minimize downtime and maximize operational life.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation to meet demand and minimize operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in a lime calcination plant or similar industrial setting.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing calcination processes, with a strong understanding of kiln operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of plant personnel, creating a positive and productive work environment.
