Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Operations with a strong background in steel fabrication within contracting companies. The candidate will support the Operations Manager in overseeing fabrication activities, managing workshop and site teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing steel fabrication workshop and site operations
  • Coordinate production planning and execution
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and deadlines
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities
  • Liaise with project, procurement, and site teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in structural steel fabrication projects
  • Experience in contracting companies is mandatory
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of fabrication processes and erection activities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines
