Description

Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful design and execution of various

hospitality and F&B projects across Europe in specific timelines, adhering to approved design

standards and delivering exceptional quality.

Comprehends the design process and develops initial design layouts for potential projects.

Does site visits to potential venues and understands the difficulties and possibilities of the site.

Collaborates closely with the head office team to address drawing, plan, schedule, and any other project-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Conducts frequent site visits to ongoing projects across Europe, ensuring effective coordination and smooth progress.

Monitors project advancement in line with the established project plan, proactively informing the head office team of any updates and taking swift corrective actions when necessary.

Exercises diligent supervision over the entire project’s execution process, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining exceptional standards and meeting the satisfaction of the company.

Upholds continuity of business operations while adhering to approved design and quality guidelines.

Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Qualification

Master’s Degree in Architecture

Fluent in English

Background in hospitality and F&B projects will be highly valued

Accuracy and attention to detail

Previous experience in project management, and possession of PMP certification will be an advantage

Good knowledge of MEP technicalities

Highly cooperative team spirit
