Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final production, guaranteeing alignment with brand vision and market trends.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform design strategies for adventure sports.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation.
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all product lines.
Source and evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, focusing on durability, sustainability, and performance in adventure sports conditions.
Oversee prototyping and testing phases, providing technical expertise and feedback to refine designs.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in adventure sports and design, integrating them into product development.
