Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings for Eskan houses and social housing projects, taking site measurements, and producing professional layouts for showrooms and standard product designs. The role requires strong technical drafting skills and proficiency in using the Formula program.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prepare architectural drawings for Eskan houses and social housing projects based on project requirements and specifications.
Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements to ensure correct dimensions and layouts.
Use the Formula program to calculate measurements, quantities, and design requirements when needed.
Develop drawings for standard products and maintain consistency with company standards.
Prepare showroom drawings, including the current furniture layout and arrangement.
Update and revise drawings based on project changes, feedback, and site conditions.
Ensure all drawings comply with technical standards and are ready for execution.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation.
