Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications to ensure smooth user experience and productivity.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular system updates and patches, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions to safeguard company data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a desktop support role, showcasing expertise in troubleshooting and user support.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar credentials to validate skills.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, particularly in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology, to understand sector-specific challenges.
