Job Description
Position: Support Engineer (Emiratisation)
JPC: 5884
Location: Abu DhabiExperience:0 to 3 Years
Job Required
Technical Support
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues.
Install and configure operating systems and basic applications.
Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
IT Operations Support
Assist in maintaining IT assets inventory.
Support installation of new computers and equipment.
Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred for a solid technical foundation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are highly desirable.
- Experience in software development or scripting is a plus, showcasing a deeper understanding of technical environments.
