Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy standardized Windows desktop images using Microsoft SCCM, ensuring seamless and automated OS deployments.
- Develop and maintain SCCM task sequences for OS deployment, application installation, and driver management, optimizing for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues, including boot failures, driver conflicts, and application installation problems, with speed and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure components, including distribution points, boundaries, and software update points, ensuring optimal performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field provides a solid foundation.
- Possession of Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) related to Windows and SCCM is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in desktop engineering and SCCM administration, showcasing proven expertise.
- Demonstrated experience with SCCM imaging, deployment, and management, including task sequence creation and troubleshooting.
