Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fit-out shop drawings (joinery, gypsum, ceilings, finishes).

• Quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with designers, QS, and project teams.

• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Support value engineering and material submittals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–10+ years UAE experience

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil Engineering.

• Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel (Revit/SketchUp a plus).

• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and joinery.
