Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Development Support Associate, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Development Officer MEA, including proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and preparation of executive materials.
Serve as a professional first point of contact for development-related inquiries, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
Works effectively with all support functions (e.g. Legal, Feasibility, Finance, Corporate Compliance, Brands, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow, remove bottlenecks, and facilitate progress of development tasks.
Maintains and updates EMEA development tools and resources and coordinates the dissemination of relevant messaging among the wider hotel community.
Support Hilton s presence at development conferences and regional events, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite setup where needed. Attendance at other EMEA hotel investment conferences may be required.
Prepare high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, dashboards, and updates for the Chief Development Officer ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Utilizes internal platforms: OnQ Insider, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Salesforce to produce accurate development dashboards and other necessary activity reports.
Assist the Development team and senior leadership with required analyses, reports, research projects and commercial documents & presentations.
Monitor and manage departmental budgets for general administrative activities.
Maintain a robust, organized, and transparent filing and documentation system.
Proactively suggests ideas to improve the department s efficiency, to increase our exposure and raise our profile to ultimately support our growth.
Provide support for special projects.
Takes on asks with enthusiasm a large amount of ad-hoc requests aimed at facilitating the smooth running of the development function and support when needed specific regional teams.

i>Required Qualifications/i>
BA/BS/ Bachelor s degree or experience in lieu of.
Minimum two (2) years administrative experience or business support experience, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Ability to travel for industry events and internal meetings as needed.

i>Preferred Qualifications/i>
Experience within the hospitality industry, or exposure to hotel development, consulting, sales, or feasibility functions.
Additional language(s) relevant to the MEA region would be considered an advantage.
