Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments

  2. Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) ensuring scalability and security

  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop automated deployment solutions

  4. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using modern observability tools

  5. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools

  6. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery for fintech systems

  7. Manage containerized environments using Docker & Kubernetes

  8. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

  9. Maintain security best practices including IAM, encryption, and compliance (PCI-DSS preferred)

  10. Continuously improve DevOps processes, automation, and system performance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–6 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering

  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Shell)

  • Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security

  • Experience with Git and version control workflows

  • Familiarity with FinTech systems, payments, or high-security environments (preferred)
