DevOps Engineer

You will be embedded within a high-performing engineering function, contributing to real-world delivery across a varied portfolio of projects while developing your skills in a team that values craft, rigour and continuous improvement.

About the role:

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support fast, reliable and repeatable software delivery across multiple projects
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure, ensuring environments are scalable, stable and cost-efficient
• Support the containerisation and orchestration of applications using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement monitoring, alerting and observability frameworks to maintain platform health and enable rapid incident response
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to embed DevOps practices and a culture of shared ownership across the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Learn from senior engineers and technical leaders across a diverse and challenging project portfolio

About you:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or equivalent
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with containerisation and Kubernetes in a production or near-production environment
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices and tooling
• A genuine appetite to learn, grow and be challenged in a high-calibre technical environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
