Roles & Responsibilities

span>As a Digital Account Manager, you ll be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional results.     • Oversee task management using WIPs.

    - Tools & Technology

    • Utilise tools like Sprout Social for monitoring and analytics.
    • Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure data hygiene.br

    - Team Management & Development

    • Monitor team performance through WIPs, constant feedback.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities for team growth.

    - Market Knowledge & Upskilling

    • Stay ahead of digital trends and conduct competitive analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

span>Who you are/span>

  • span>Qualifications Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is highly preferred./span>
  • span>Social Media Expertise Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing strategies. /span>
  • span>Communication & Leadership Excellent client-facing skills and team leadership abilities./span>
  • span>Project Management Experience handling multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets./span>
  • span>Creativity & Innovation Ability to create engaging, high-impact digital content./span>
