Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital banking products and services.
  • Support customer implementation for Host-to-Host, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and SWIFT FA/FIN solutions.
  • Ensure digital offerings meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track digital adoption and utilization.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints to drive continuous improvement in digital services.
  • Collaborate with business divisions to maximize digital penetration and usage.
  • Periodically review and update policies and procedures related to digital banking.

Strategic:

  • Support the execution of digital banking strategies across corporate and institutional segments.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic reviews of existing products to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs.
  • Engage with external partners, fintechs, and industry bodies to stay abreast of emerging digital banking trends and technologies.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all digital banking products and services comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experiences & Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital banking or fintech (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital banking, preferably within corporate or institutional banking segments.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing digital banking solutions and customer onboarding.
